In 2000, in response to demand from customers and after several years supplying a finished mail delivery product, Spatial Global added storage, order processing and pick-and-pack services – providing valuable cost-savings in the processing of end-customer orders.

This led to the development of our total mail management concept and service, where we support not only the publishing and marketing sectors – fulfilling their requirements for back-order management and book retail, plus subscription distribution, for example – but also retailers selling merchandise over the internet. So today e-retailers also benefit from Spatial's cost-effective, one-stop e-commerce support shop.

The result is that many different types of product are now stored in our warehouses. We help e-retail customers keep these stocks to a minimum, while our teams process orders received daily from consumers within hours of their placement. Fulfilled orders are then distributed through our own mail, courier and freight services – domestically and internationally.
