The support we've received from Spatial since 2009 has been fantastic. They understood us from the start, and for them it was never just about the volumes. We pride ourselves on providing quality solutions for our clients and needed the same approach from a global logistics partner. The standard of service from our previous supplier had begun to slip, and having surveyed the market for an alternative provider, PACS decided to switch the business to Spatial Global. Switching suppliers always poses some degree of risk, but this particular example has been a complete success.

Thanks to everyone at Spatial involved in the processing and courier despatch of our titles to Beijing over the past couple of weeks.  Each year there seem to be fresh challenges in the Chinese market (new customs formalities, for example), and one of our titles was particularly demanding, in that the magazine only became available from the printer on Monday morning and several hundred copies had to have the iPad cloth hand-inserted before being sent out.  Once again, job well done.
