Spatial Global named as finalist in five categories in regional Chamber of Commerce business awards
4th July 2016
Spatial Global Limited, the Castle Donington-based freight forwarding, mail, courier, e-commerce, fulfilment, logistics and warehousing member company within The Keswick Enterprises Group, has been nominated in no fewer than five categories in the 2016 East Midlands Chamber Business Awards – more than any other business. The Chamber's Awards are designed to celebrate and showcase the successes of the East Midlands business community over the past 12 months, and this year have attracted entries from more than 200 companies. A finalist in both the Derbyshire and Leicestershire Chambers, Spatial has been short-listed in the 'Business Improvement Through Technology', 'Excellence in International Trade' and 'Employer of the Year' categories. Rachel Morley, Spatial Global's Freight Manager, commented: "We are very pleased to be recognised as finalists by the East Midlands Chamber, and my congratulations go to every member of our team for their on-going hard work and dedication. International trade in particular is a hot topic at present, and having a reliable, regulation-compliant and principled partner is essential. Excellence in International Trade – that's Spatial Global personified!" Scott Knowles, Chief Executive of the East Midlands Chamber, added: "Congratulations to all of the shortlisted finalists. As always, we had a bumper crop of entries, and our sponsors had a difficult task in whittling the entrants in each category down to a final three. We have a good cross-section of businesses represented this year and they all deserve their place on the list." The Awards winners will be announced in September.
