Southampton Sea freight Port Visit

On Wednesday 12th September, Spatial Global hosted a group of customers at DP World Southampton, for an ‘insider tour’ of Southampton Port facilities.
A real insight to the sea freight process and operations
The four hour tour of the port operations both land and quay side provided a fantastic opportunity for our customers to get really close to the supply chain. It gave a real insight to the process and operations, making sure sea freight at DP World Southampton arrives at its intended destination without a hitch.
Al Zubara Sea Freight Container Ship
At the time of our visit the very impressive Al Zubara was alongside berth no.5.
At 20 containers high, and 23 containers across, the Al Zubara has a capacity of 18,800 containers.
