ISO 9001:2015 - by jove we’ve got it

Spatial Global has been granted ISO 9001:2015 certification. This ensures our organisation is focused on meeting our customers’ requirements and that they continue to be satisfied with the services we provide.
Providing excellent quality in everything we do is built into Spatial Global’s DNA, and always has been. Adopting transitioning from ISO 9001:2008 to the latest ISO 9001:2015 standard the ISO certification procedure confirms that our quality assurance maintains the highest standards. It is a promise to our customers that we will work unceasingly to become better. We will never rest.

The importance of leadership, assurance and compliance
The new standard has an entire clause devoted to Leadership and this is one of the most significant changes. It requires greater involvement by top managers and the businesses leaders in controlling the quality management system. As a result the Spatial Global management team now has a collective responsibility for the effectiveness of the quality management system.
This means that the company has implemented a quality management system in which all Freight Forwarding and Mail Fulfilment processes and procedures have been carefully designed and quality-tested according to international standards.
