Gallop Magazine Success

Gallop magazine, the popular glossy horse racing quarterly, chooses Spatial Global as its publications mailing partner to support its global readership.

Established in Sweden

Following its launch in Sweden in 2007, Gallop magazine quickly became popular. The international edition launched in 2012 and the number of subscribers around the world quickly grew. The publication focused on key areas, including the executive and professional markets, and developed one of racing’s biggest fan bases on social media.

Bought out in 2018 by Thoroughbred Racing Commentary

Gallop magazine was started by Mats and Catrina Genberg, both passionate Thoroughbred industry supporters and horse owners. Thoroughbred Racing Commentary (TRC) bought the global title in 2018. TRC is an online business with a website dedicated to promoting Thoroughbred racing through daily articles and opinion pieces. TRC covers important industry issues and topics authored by an international team of experienced racing journalists and experts.

The need for a UK based global magazine mailing specialist

Gallop Magazine was a perfect fit for TRC. Both take a global approach to the sport, focusing on the best horse racing stories and developments, promoting best practice and progressive dialogue. However in moving the print to the UK, TRC needed a UK based company offering global mailing services for their new worldwide printed magazine.

Spatial Global came highly recommended for global publishing mail

With a recommendation from another publishing company, TRC approached Spatial Global with Gallop Magazine’s UK and international mailing requirements.  Spatial Global’s highly experienced mailing team quickly helped TRC to create a bespoke global mailing solution.  To reach the Gallop Magazine readership involves a mix of single copies distributed to individuals, combined with bulk distribution to racecourses throughout the globe.

The team at Spatial Global have all been brilliant and have made the whole experience of changing our publications mailing partner far easier than I was expecting it to be. I look forward to working with you for a long time to come!
