Paperwrap interest increasing

Our six figure investment in a new paper wrap mailing machine is already paying dividends and generating lots of interest as publishers seek to move away from plastic wraps to a more sustainable solution.

Highly efficient paper wrap providing a competitive edge

The new in-line paper wrapping system accommodates high-volume mailings, and has some bespoke modifications to ensure it provides Spatial Global with a competitive edge. The in-line paper wrapping machine will be used on a wide variety of direct mailing applications for our clients, including multiple-insert magazines, in sizes from C6 to C4.

Transition away from plastic-based polywrapping

With the increased demands from customers for a more environmentally friendly solution,  Spatial Global decided to invest in a new paper wrapping line. Fortunately the installation was completed just before lockdown, and although it's been a little protracted given the movement restrictions, the mailing team at Spatial Global have been able to put the new equipment through its paces.

Spatial Global pioneers on greener mailing options

Spatial Global have been promoting greener, or more environmentally mailing solutions for publishers to distribute their magazines for approaching two decades. But following Sir David Attenbrough's exposure of the impact of plastics on the environment, customers were increasingly asking for alternatives so they could move away from polywrap.
