5th April 2021
Spatial Global has experienced significant growth in the ecommerce demand during the past 12 months and as a result, parent company Keswick enterprises has invested in the procurement of a specialist fulfilment company APS.
Spatial Global a scalable ecommerce fulfilment partner
Recent years has seen a steady growth of ecommerce across multiple sectors. However the pandemic and resulting lockdowns has meant massive ecommerce growth and rapid acceleration of the online channels reaching target audiences. Many businesses have been restricted by lack of capacity in their in-house fulfilment or their selected logistic partners’ lack of headroom. This has increased the pressure on the already strained supply of labour in the transport and logistics industry. The online consumer boom trend shows no signs of slowing - current statistics suggest that ecommerce sales in the UK will have risen to £60,289m in 2020 and by 2040, 95% of purchases worldwide will be made online*.
